Our Housing Authority exists to promote quality affordable housing and superior customer service, while providing neighborhoods our residents can feel safe in.
We own and manage:
197 Public Housing Units
185 USDA/Multi Family New Construction Units
56 Tax Credit Units
Throughout seven (7) counties: Beaufort, Bertie, Hyde, Martin, Pitt, Tyrell and Washington counties.
