Our Housing Authority exists to promote quality affordable housing and superior customer service, while providing neighborhoods our residents can feel safe in.

We own and manage:

  • 197 Public Housing Units

  • 185 USDA/Multi Family New Construction Units

  • 56 Tax Credit Units

Throughout seven (7) counties: Beaufort, Bertie, Hyde, Martin, Pitt, Tyrell and Washington counties.

We also provides: Housing Choice Voucher and Mainstream Voucher programs for Pitt County. It is our policy to serve our residents without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, gender, sexual orientation, physical handicap or disability.
